No prior immigration or paralegal experience is necessary—we are ready to train the right candidate.

We specialize in employment-based immigration, guiding employers and their international employees through every stage of the immigration process with clarity and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications under the supervision of legal counsel
- Manage and prioritize multiple client matters simultaneously
- Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely case progress
- Draft and edit case documents and correspondence using strong written communication skills
- Learn and apply government regulations, agency policies, and procedural guidance
- Communicate directly with corporate clients and foreign national employees to gather required documentation
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure completeness and accuracy of filings
Qualifications
Has exceptional, almost fanatical, attention to detail — accuracy and thoroughness are essential to success in this roleBachelor’s degree and 2 years of full-time professional work experience after graduation (or) associate’s degree in paralegal studies with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional settingPrevious immigration experience is a plus, but not required—training will be providedStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
