Delivery Tech Lead – Experience Domain

We are seeking a Delivery Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership and end-to-end accountability for one of four critical experience domains : Customer , Lending , Accounting , or Financial . You will guide technical delivery for 3–4 agile teams, mentor 20–40 technical professionals and serve as the final authority for all technical decisions within your domain. This is a dedicated, non-rotational leadership role , reporting to the Director of Technical Delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Direction & Ownership

• Own all technical decisions affecting delivery, quality, and system stability within your domain.
• Set domain-specific technical standards, integration strategies, and modernization approaches.
• Lead architecture design, approve technical interfaces, and develop deep system knowledge.
• Maintain hands-on involvement to guide and unblock teams while managing long-term strategy.
