About The Role

This is an entry level support role. This position requires handling a high volume of phone calls in a production environment. There may be extended periods of confinement to your workstation during peak periods. You will be using multiple computer programs simultaneously to research, resolve, and document requests. This position may require working alternative work shifts, including evenings and weekends, on a regular or rotational basis determined by management. Additional information :

• Position starts Monday, August 25, 2025.
• The Client Service Center is open M-F 8am - 7pm CST, Sat 9am - 5 : 30pm CST.
• Holidays are reviewed each year, and the CSC may be open based on expected call volume, and you may be required to work.
• Training hours are 8am - 4 : 30pm CST Mon-Fri from August 25th through October 10th.
• Mentoring is from October 13th through October 17th. Hours worked during mentoring can vary and will depend on mentor availability and business need.
• Your scheduled hours beginning Saturday, October 18th (after training and mentoring) will be : Sat 9am - 5 : 30pm CST, plus 4 weekday shifts from 10 : 30am - 7pm CST.
• All schedules are subject to change based on business need.
