About the Opportunity

The Bookkeeper role is central to ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our client's operations. Working closely with the Finance Manager and leadership team, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing accounts payable, payroll, benefits, and cash posting, as well as preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice entry, coding, and vendor payments.
• Perform cash posting and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
• Administer payroll through ADP, including payroll processing, benefits payments, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
