📍 Location : New York, NY (5 days / week, Year 1)

Are you a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and loves solving real business problems? Join our high-impact finance team as a Salesforce Administrator / Data Analyst , where you'll help evolve our Salesforce org and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do :

🔧 Manage day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks, bug fixes, and BAU support

📈 Build dashboards, custom objects, and Flows to support business needs

🤝 Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

🔗 Integrate Salesforce with Pardot and other tools in a low-code setup

📚 Train new users and support onboarding across a 100-user org

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 1–2 years of Salesforce experience

✅ Strong communicator and problem-solver

✅Someone coachable and interested in growing with the Salesforce team

✅ Experience with Flows, dashboards, and custom objects

✅ Financial services background is a plus

✅ Adaptable, curious, and ready to make an impact

✅ Apex knowledge is a bonus (but not required)
