Own the service lane : greet customers, write / close ROs, and manage the flow

Build trust : explain recommendations clearly; deliver 5-star communication

Drive results : maximize sold hours, manage dispatch, and hit KPIs daily

Keep it tight : coordinate techs / parts, ensure on-time delivery, protect CSI

Lead by example : clean processes, accurate estimates, zero surprises

What You Bring

Service Advisor or Service Manager experience (dealership preferred)

Kia / Hyundai / import experience is a plus (we'll ramp you fast either way)

Strong sales / communication skills and calm under pressure

Solid DMS / RO skills; detail-oriented; reliable and on time
