Position Summary : Escrow Customer Service Representative (x2)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking two dedicated Escrow Customer Service Representatives to join our clients’ dynamic team in Dakota Dunes, SD. This role is pivotal in supporting their insurance verification and cancellation processes related to Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI). The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented communicator with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This is a temporary contract role with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance and attendance. Candidates must be reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Location : Dakota Dunes, SD

Employment Type : 6-Month Contract (Conversion possible based on attendance / performance)

Compensation : $18.00

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling (75%)

Respond to borrower, agent, and lender inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Compose accurate written loan history documentation

Verify, key, and memo insurance data for all CPI product types and cancellations

Resolve customer issues and follow up as needed

Manage Level 3 inbox emails to address borrower concerns

Performance Metrics (10%)

Consistently meet or exceed quality audit standards and performance metrics

CPI Cancellation Processing (15%)

Review insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements

Cancel vehicle CPI policies accurately and efficiently

Maintain high quality standards to minimize premium loss

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven customer service experience with a professional demeanor

Ability to resolve discrepancies and correct errors with precision

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Pay Details : $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
