Job Title : Clinical Practitioner
The clinical practitioner independently demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the job role. This includes providing routine and complex care, with an ability to plan and execute long-range goals or plans.
The practitioner continues to develop their skills to effectively cope with and manage contingencies of clinical practice.
- Leadership Skills : The practitioner will meet expectations of applicable competencies, including self-leadership, leadership of others, and leadership of leaders.
- Nursing Care : The practitioner provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
- Cultural Competence : The practitioner addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredRN License in state of employment or compact requiredCurrent Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
