Job Title : Clinical Practitioner

The clinical practitioner independently demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the job role. This includes providing routine and complex care, with an ability to plan and execute long-range goals or plans.

The practitioner continues to develop their skills to effectively cope with and manage contingencies of clinical practice.

• Leadership Skills : The practitioner will meet expectations of applicable competencies, including self-leadership, leadership of others, and leadership of leaders.
• Nursing Care : The practitioner provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Cultural Competence : The practitioner addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.
