Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a travel nursing job in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Day 5x8-Hour (06 : 00 - 14 : 30)is the shift for this role. The Job Description : -CVOR RNFA -3-6 MONTH CONTRACTStart date : 1 / 12 / 2026 but can potentially change if Medical Affairs credential is completed sooner Shift : Day shift 5x8 6 am -2 pm Monday - Friday 40 hours weekly Call Requirement : 1-2 overnight calls per week Weekend requirement : One full weekend Friday-Monday morning every 3-4 weekends. Skills : Endoscopic Vein Harvesting Open Vein Harvesting Minimally Invasive Cardiac Procedures and standard CABG procedures Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience must have CVOR experience. Travel experience is highly preferred as well. Certifications : Must have compact license in hand at time of submission . Must be credentialed in Medical Affairs

. BLS required. ACLS preferred but not required. Medical Affairs Credential : The candidate who is offered will need to be credentialed through Medical Affairs Privileging. It can take 60 days to obtain and will need to be completed during the compliance process. The hospital has to be the primary source to verify previous places of employment of the clinician. Charting : EPIC All RTO must be in at time of submission. Please keep RTO requests to a minimum if possible. COVID Medical / Religious Exemptions Only and Flu required Tattoos / piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings Nails - should be less than 1 / 4 in length associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails polish is acceptable Cafeteria - no cafeteria available refrigerator and microwave provided on-site Parking - free in any unrestricted space Please Read To Travelers : Scrubs / Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them.
