Job description

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Define and develop performance test plans and automated scripts using standard testing tools.
  • Execute performance tests, analyze results, and generate performance metrics reports with actionable recommendations.
  • nalyze test and operational problems to identify potential code defects and report them using structured defect tracking tools.
  • Review business and system requirements for performance testability.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of testing tools, product functionality, and departmental procedures.
  • Collaborate with testing and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage for upcoming releases.
  • Research and resolve test discrepancies while coordinating with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in project meetings, system architecture change reviews, and capacity assessments.
  • Benchmark system performance and provide insights for optimization.

Skills :

  • 5-8 years of experience with OpenText Performance Center / LoadRunner and Tricentis NeoLoad.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Datadog.
  • Proficiency with SQL and PL / SQL.
  • Experience with at least two RDBMS (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Strong knowledge of server, network, virtualization, and database performance concepts.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile processes, and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in XX.
  • Qualification and Education :

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant performance testing experience.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred.
