• 10 days per month initially increases to 3 weeks per month ongoing
• 15 patients per day
• Mixed inpatient and outpatient setting
• One week per month includes inpatient call and one weekend
• Adult medical oncology care no procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
