Memorial Cancer Center, located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, is expanding its comprehensive cancer program and is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical and strategic growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established, respected cancer center recognized for excellence in hematology and oncology care throughout Southern New Mexico. Position Highlights

• Leadership Opportunity : Take on a key clinical leadership role while delivering high-quality, compassionate cancer care.
• Established Program : Join a program recognized as the only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center affiliate and the only ACT and ACOS COC-certified oncology program in the region.
• Collaborative Model : Work with a multidisciplinary team including medical and radiation oncologists, oncology pharmacists, certified oncology RNs, and clinical research staff all under one roof.
• Shared Call Only : Enjoy a consult-only model with shared call responsibilities. Admissions and discharges are handled by hospitalists and primary care providers.
• Research-Focused : Participate in vibrant clinical trial programs that support innovation and advance cancer care in the community.
• Regular Conferences : Contribute to bi-weekly general tumor boards and breast cancer conferences to support continuous quality improvement and collaboration.
