With 100+ locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country, Women's Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and community outreach. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects across digital, print, and in-person channels. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in social media and content development.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and grassroots)
• Support social media calendar management and content scheduling across platforms
• Monitor and respond to patient reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook to support reputation management and patient satisfaction
• Manage community engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Draft and distribute press releases for new providers, office openings, service launches, and other key announcements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (clinical teams, HR, operations) to support recruitment and service-line marketing
• Manage inventory and ordering of promotional materials and branded collateral
• Maintain and update website provider profiles, location pages, and service content as needed
• Pull and organize data for monthly marketing performance reports and assist with basic analytics
• Support reputation management and online listings (Google Business Profiles, Healthgrades, etc.)
• Assist with email marketing campaign coordination and list segmentation
• Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values
• Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
