As a Restaurant Supervisor you'll take charge of a diverse array of dining experiences, assisting in overseeing everything from the Society 1854 Restaurant, The Burdock and Bitters Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining, and the lively Pano Pool Bar.

What will you be doing?

• Able to perform all roles within the outlet, including server, cashier, and expeditor.
• Supervise staff, manage operations in absence of the manager, and assist with ongoing training to uphold standards.
• Interact positively with guests, promote hotel services, and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to time quotes and standards.
• Oversee inventory, control payroll and equipment costs, and maintain outlet profitability.
• POS system for billing and reporting; maintain house bank and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Enforce sanitation and cleanliness across all areas; uphold a professional appearance and ethical conduct.
• Implement sales incentives, track competition, and stay informed on hospitality trends.
