This role drives end-to-end supply chain programs, aligning business strategy with operational execution. The Program Manager leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize sourcing, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. The ideal candidate brings expertise in supply chain transformation, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex supply chain programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance to develop and implement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; develop contingency and scenario plans
Drive supplier performance management programs and develop KPI dashboards
Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure timelines, deliverables, and risks are clearly communicated and managed
Create and maintain detailed program documentation including timelines, resource plans, and budgets
Establish governance standards and reporting cadences across supply chain workstreams
Analyze data and supply chain metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
Implement change management strategies to support successful program adoption
Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in program management with a supply chain focus
Strong knowledge of global sourcing, logistics, and procurement processes
Experience managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience working with international vendors or distributed teams
Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid PM frameworks
Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
