Senior Urban Designer

Role : Urban Planner / Landscape Architect

We are seeking a dynamic Urban Designer to join our growing Federal Planning team, in support of a wide array of contracts. The ideal candidate must have, or must be able to obtain, an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) OR Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) certification. To be successful in this role, you will need the depth of industry experience and skills to independently conduct all phases of master planning - facility, campus, or installation planning; specifically, in terms of graphic and mapping expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Urban Planning / Master Planning
• Space requirements development and analysis
• Oversee all aspects of document production coordination
• Address clients' concerns and mitigate issues, ensuring final deliverables surpass clients' expectations
• Lead, manage, and assist in proposal preparation
• Support project budgets and meet deadlines consistently
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Provide status reports and operational briefs to clients and management
• Mentor junior planners and encourage cross-collaboration
