Senior Medical Lab Technician - Weekend OR Medical Technologist - Weekend, Core Lab

Work Schedule :

60% FTE, evening shift. Friday / Saturday / Sunday 3 : 00PM - 11 : 00PM. Holidays required as they call on regular shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

You may be eligible for up to a $1,800 sign-on bonus for a Senior Medical Lab Technician - Weekend position or a $2,400 sign-on bonus for a Medical Technologist - Weekend position.

We are seeking a Senior Medical Lab Technician (MLT) - Weekend OR Medical Technologist (MT) - Weekend - Core Lab to :

• Perform testing in the clinical laboratories (any complexity)
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to take on teaching / training responsibilities as needed.
• Work as an effective team member as demonstrated by good relations with physicians, clinic staff and co-workers.
