What We Do :

We specialize in selling new and used semi-trucks to customers across the U.S. With a large inventory , financing options , and qualified leads provided , you'll have all the tools you need to succeed.

Position Details :

  • Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
  • Location : Leawood, KS
  • Advancement opportunities available

    Job Description :

  • Sell Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, International, Volvo, Mack, and Hino trucks to customers all across America without any territory limitations.
  • Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within assigned territory and constant aggressive telephone marketing.
  • Maintain contact with customers to address their requirements; stay current on market and customer trends.
  • Identify and profile prospective customers and develop and apply the strategy necessary to obtain orders.
  • Make company services available to customers.
  • Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group.
  • As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Used Truck Salesperson.
  • The role of the Used Truck Salesperson is to sell used trucks by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within an assigned territory.
  • The position requires a broad knowledge of the Company’s services, products, and marketing techniques.
  • Work 8 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm Monday to Friday.

    Qualifications :

  • Broad knowledge of the Company’s services, products, and marketing techniques.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Direct sales or truck sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • The high energy level and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in any of the following languages : Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi, Sindhi, Saraiki, or Pashto, Spanish, Russian.
