About the Opportunity

Blue Harlan is proud to partner with a wholesale company to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their St. Charles Distribution Center. This facility runs two shifts Monday - Friday. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations from picking and packing to shipping and receiving to driver management and P&L performance ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and keeping products moving on time and in full.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all warehouse operations across two shifts, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and fleet logistics.
• Lead and develop a team of full-time warehouse associates, drivers, and shift leads.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and safety compliance for all DC personnel.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing and tracking KPIs, workflow improvements, and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely shipping and receiving of all materials.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting and P&L responsibility for the facility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and business needs.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
