Under general supervision, the Specialist Title Operations Customer Care member is responsible for providing superior level of service to all members and owners of Hilton Grand Vacation. This role serves as the point of contact for all Grand Vacation Title (GVT) servicing requests including, but not limited to, file status / progress updates on foreclosure, upgrades, transfer of ownership, transitions, gift transfers and reinstatements.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing customer service to owners looking for their contract / file / case status and progress updates.
• Supporting client request, inquiries or questions related to Title and Recording issues.
• Developing strong customer relationships by demonstrating professional customer service and communication.
• Delivering proper communication to buyer / seller throughout the title change establishing clear expectation of the process thus delivering an exceptional customer service journey.
• Proficiently handling high call volume while providing an exceptional customer service experience.
• Receiving inbound calls from owners, sales agents, third parties, and internal departments and providing accurate information relating GVT services provided.
• Completing outbound calls to owners with regards to their contract file / case in system queues.
• Coordinating status updates for owners requesting copies of their recording / sales documents, title services (name change, gift transfer, sales, and closings costs).
• Maintaining elevated standards levels and delivering professional communication via phone and in person.
• Reviewing and handling GVT's shared department inboxes for Transitions, transfer of ownerships and any other title related functions carried out by the customer service role.
• Verifying to ensure customer information is correct and updating system information as needed.
• Updating systems with detailed comments regarding each interaction with owners.
• Inputting and updating spreadsheets and other programs to track all activity.
• Responsible for collecting and processing GVT fees and payments.
• Assisting internal and external customers as needed to process resale transactions.
• Helping with team member training as needed.
• Carrying out any reasonable request by management of which the employee can perform.
