A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for appointment scheduling and healthcare assessments
Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
Conduct surveys and outreach to enhance patient healthcare experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
