Finance Director, US Defense

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial efforts for the US Defense Segment, including cost discussions and capital strategy

Provide financial insights for capital investment decisions and streamline capital processes

Establish metrics and reporting for financial performance and lead a team of finance professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

10+ years of experience in finance with a focus on business partnering

Proven track record of driving collaboration and improving financial performance

Extensive financial business acumen

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
