Therapist-Owned | Low Volume | High Trust
Salary : $72,500–$90,000 (base + performance incentives)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations, seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Bryn Mawr, PA & King of Prussia, PA clinics . Our model is simple : low patient volume (avg 10VPD), high-quality one-on-one care, and an environment where your clinical judgment matters.
Here, you’ll work with patients of all ages and conditions, including :
- General orthopedics
- Sports injuries and performance enhancement
- Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
- Chronic pain management and injury prevention

Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based, hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise programsEducate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management techniquesDocument progress in accordance with insurance and regulatory standardsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of careQualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited programActive Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learningStrong interpersonal and communication skillsReady to Love Going to Work Again?
