Reid & Associates has been engaged to conduct a confidential search for a Director of Nursing for one of the largest home health agencies in California. This Home Health leader serves nearly 4,000 patients across the Bay Area and has been recognized nationally for its excellent care and workplace culture.

The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing operations for the San Fransisco region, ensuring effective staffing, care coordination, and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient care services.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure staff productivity.

Salary and Benefits :

The annual salary for this position is $143,000 to $200,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, along with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
