We are seeking a highly creative, technically skilled, and forward-thinking Videographer & Visual Content Strategist to produce impactful video content that educates clients, amplifies our brand, and builds trust. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and finance—with a key focus on using emerging AI tools to elevate production quality, personalize content delivery, and streamline workflows. This position is central to how we humanize our firm, enhance the client journey, and differentiate our voice in a crowded RIA space.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for internal and external use.
- Manage all aspects of production including lighting, sound, framing, and post-production.
- Use AI-enhanced editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Descript, Runway) to accelerate editing, automate transcripts, create multi-format versions, and increase personalization at scale.
- Produce a variety of video formats : short-form social clips, advisor interviews, long-form educational content, and event recaps.
- Partner with marketing, advisors, and compliance to align video strategy with firm-wide goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate on scripting, storyboarding, and messaging to ensure brand consistency and client relevance.
- Bring data-informed ideas to video content—leveraging analytics and AI insights to optimize performance.
- Ensure all content complies with SEC / FINRA advertising regulations and internal compliance guidelines; collaborate with compliance on script approvals and final reviews before publication; maintain version control and documentation for audit-readiness.
- Utilize proficiency in professional video editing software and AI-powered content tools; manage hosting platforms (YouTube, Vimeo), CMS integrations, and social video best practices.
- Travel as required.

Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).Familiarity with AI-powered content tools for editing, voice-over, captioning, and translation.Management of hosting platforms (YouTube, Vimeo), CMS integrations, and social video best practices (LinkedIn, Meta).Qualifications
3+ years of professional videography or visual storytelling experience (preferably in financial services or regulated industries).Demonstrated ability to blend creative vision with technical skill.Curious and proactive about integrating AI tools and emerging media formats.Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial concepts into accessible visual content.Comfortable working with compliance-driven workflows and version control.Physical & Benefits
