Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule : Flexible schedules - 4 or 5 days work week
Patient Volume : 15-20 ppd
Job Requirements : Must be a Certified NP or PA, have an active NY license, Active DEA
Compensation : 130-140k
Benefits : Full Benefits, Travel reimbursement , meal stipend, phone stipend
