The Role : Emergency Veterinarian

Join a collaborative, high-performing team providing 24 / 7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Your Responsibilities :

Diagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency cases

Perform emergency surgeries as needed

Leverage digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab

Communicate clearly with pet families and referring vets

Work closely with skilled technicians and support staff

Keep thorough and timely medical records

Stay current with CE and best practices

You Bring :

DVM (or equivalent); active FL or TX license

1+ year ER experience preferred

Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills

Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $200K+

Production Bonus : 21 - 23% (paid monthly)
