Accounting Coordinator
A dynamic organization is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support core financial operations including accounts payable, payroll support, reconciliations, and compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities - Accounting Coordinator
- Process invoices, print checks, and resolve payment issues.
- Manage corporate credit card expense reports and payroll timesheets.
- Liaise with banks and vendors to resolve ACH, wire, and check inquiries.
- Perform month-end close procedures and assist with audits and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with accounting policies.
- Prepare tax and grant documentation and assist with special event financial support.
Qualifications & Skills - Accounting Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.3+ years in accounting with experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems (e.g., Intacct, UKG, Nexonia).Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.#INOCT2025
