Overview :

An established and highly respected healthcare system with multiple hospitals across Florida is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for hospital pharmacy services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards safety protocols and formulary management.

Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to support clinical initiatives and patient care programs.

Manage pharmacy budgets staffing and departmental performance.

Drive medication safety quality improvement and optimization of therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications :

Active Florida Pharmacist License (required).

Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.

PharmD strongly preferred.
