• Flexible schedule; Four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday thru Friday
• Four-year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.
• 72 patient per week via clinical encounters

• $45 / wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus
