As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist residents and guests, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related concerns or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or site representatives.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.

Assist residents and guests with directions, information, and security-related matters as needed.

Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrols, and observations during the shift.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
