Where you will work : This position will be based in Port Angeles, WA office.

A Day in the Life of the Broadband Technician :

Residential install and disconnects

• (data, video, phone) on customer premises

Ensure / record correct RF and signal levels within specifications

Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed

Customer education

Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience : 0 (Entry Level)

Competencies : Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ladder; Hand or Power Tools; Customer Service; Communication (verbal, written); Basic Computer Skills; Aptitude to learn to skills; Problem solving; Time Management; Teamwork; Working alone

Education and Certifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with the company policy

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. The base salary range in Washington for this position, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable, is :

Broadband Technician I - $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Broadband Technician II - $21.00 - $29.40 per hour

Broadband Technician III - $22.05 - $30.87 per hour
