The pay range for this position is $60000 to $66280 annually depending on education and experience.

This position is located in Rutland MA.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9 : 00-5 : 00 with occasional on-call rotation.

$1000 Sign-on Bonus.

For many years Devereux Massachusetts has primarily served students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders in residential and group home settings. Devereuxs This program serves co-ed youth ages 6 to 12 on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1 : 3 staff to student ratio we identify and treat safety / risk factors barrier behaviors factors that precipitated placement and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible usually within a matter of days.

As the Clinical Care Manager you will :

• Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing direct clinical and case management service to youth residing at the group home
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to direct care staff working in the program
• Serves as a member of individual treatment teams and the community milieu team.
• Serve as a liaison between program families agencies attorneys school districts and other involved parties.
• Responsible for communicating post appointment follow up care to the program staff in a timely manner
