Job descriptionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably inside sales. FINRA licenses or ability to obtain them. Self-motivated with strong sales and customer service skills. Experience with inbound or phone sales. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Knowledge of retirement products and a growth mindset. Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more. Paid time off, volunteer hours, and employee resource groups.

- Support customers at key life moments, providing guidance on retirement account options like 401K and IRAs.
- Educate customers about their retirement plans and help them achieve their savings goals.
- Deepen customer relationships with Empower.

What We Offer
Salary Range
$52,000 - $64,000 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives based on performance.
