Principal Product Manager HCM

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager HCM (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities

Guide the product roadmap for federal HR solutions, focusing on U.S. uniformed military Human Resources

Collaborate with customers and scrum teams to ensure product alignment with user needs

Serve as the voice of the customer for various HR product areas, including Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in uniformed military human resources management

5+ years of experience in Product Management or related experience

Knowledge of Title X Service HR Regulations and DOD Requirements

Experience presenting to executive audiences, including federal government agencies

Active Security Clearance (TS-SCI w / poly) preferred
