Qualifications :

  • BS / BA degree in HR, business, or related fields (Master’s preferred) Experience :
  • 8+ years in HR, with a preference for acute care hospital experience Expertise :
  • Strong generalist knowledge across key HR areas : employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, and communications Leadership :
  • Prior management experience is advantageous
