We are seeking a board-certified Medical Oncology Physician for a position in Alabama, focusing mostly on outpatient care with minimal inpatient responsibilities. The role requires covering 3 to 4 days per week with a patient load of approximately 13 to 15 patients daily, alongside participation in a call rotation. Candidates must hold an active Alabama medical license and be experienced with EMR systems, specifically Cerner.

We are working with a phenomenal facility in Alabama looking for Oncology coverage as soon as credentialed.

Dates of Coverage : Needing full-time coverage starting as soon as credentialed.

Details / Descriptions :

Mostly outpatient with some inpatient

3 to 4 days per week, closed on Fridays

3 to 4 new consults / patients each day

6 to 7 follow up patient per day = 13 to 15 patients per day

Would do inpatient round and cover call in a 1 and 4 rotation.

Must have an active Alabama license

Must be board certified in Medical oncology

Looking for Hem / Onc coverage but will consider just oncology at this time
