Summary

CHS is seeking a  Coordinator, Operations Expert  to support production, purchasing, quality, and accounting functions. This role ensures supply chain and production requirements are met in a timely manner to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production schedule progress, log results in spreadsheets and ERP / SAP systems, and create work orders and shipping forms.
• Review product receipts against ERP / SAP and JD Edwards data for accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor demand for specialty items via MRP; evaluate recommendations and place orders; interact with vendors.
• Schedule transportation for incoming / outgoing products; prepare pick slips and related documents.
• Compile and verify timecards; submit payroll spreadsheet to Payroll department.
