Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Request Vendor Qualification documentation. Organize and update them.
Manage raw materials and packaging components qualification program
Create codes for raw materials and packaging components
Create raw materials, packaging components specification and testing report
Verify shipment against Packing Slip, BOL, CoA, and / or CoC
Enter information associated with the materials received into ERP
Follow the company testing policies corresponding to Vendor Qualification program
Special projects and other duties assigned.

Work Experience / Qualifications :

Experience in Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, or Food Industry preferred

Working knowledge of applicable safety and standard guidelines such as SOP, cGMP, GLP, and MSDS

Good interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to follow instructions

Good attendance and punctuality

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to perform basic math

Flexibility to changing priorities, work schedule, and the needs of the business

General proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, science-related field
