Overview

HomeGoods, Boulder, CO.

Location : USA HomeGoods Store 0619 Boulder CO. This position has a starting pay range of $15.57 to $16.07 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position will be open and accepting applications until at least [date].

Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

Accurately ring customer purchases / returns and handle change per operating procedures.

Promote credit and loyalty programs.

Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.

Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store overall.

Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws and store policies.

Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.

Flexible schedule to support business needs.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changes or unexpected situations.

Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Team-oriented with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.
