In this critical role, you will deliver essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, catering to shoppers' needs by building engaging displays and end caps, resetting shelves through product rotation, and accurately tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Are you ready to shape the future of retail with us?

About you :

  • You are enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers and management.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can perform physical tasks, such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
  • You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
  • You have experience in leading and training team members.
  • You can effectively use your smartphone or tablet to record work activities post-shift.
  • You demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
  • You are a motivated self-starter, with a strong focus on taking initiative and achieving results.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • You prioritize safety in all job duties in a retail environment.
