Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located at 1840 / Azalea Apartments. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of multi-family residential properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. They will also coordinate with staff to execute community events, handle resident inquiries, and manage budgets to achieve property financial goals.

Qualifications

• Property management, Resident relations, and Customer service skills
• Experience with Budget management and Financial planning
• Strong communication and Organizational skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Property management software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance
• CAM / CAPS is preferred
• 5+ Previous experience in the property management industry is a plus
