Must be within 50 miles

VES facility open locations

Chico- 10 days per week needed (multiple providers)

• Eureka- 10 days per week needed (multiple providers)
• Ridgecrest- 10 days per week needed (multiple providers)

Provider s own office locations- Provider must have their own office

PRN as needed.

1099 compensation :
