Job description

Location : Seattle, Washington / Remote (for candidates with experience in finance and fintech)

We've built an AI platform for finance and investment professionals that integrates with critical applications to create a unified intelligence layer. Our platform serves as the central nervous system for financial organizations, connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

Our platform empowers investment management professionals to streamline complex workflows through AI agents and intelligent automation, enabling better decision making and operational efficiency. We've solved two of the most complex problems applying AI to financial organizations. First is precision and accuracy which are non-negotiable in this industry. Second is building an AI system that deeply understands the entire organization, their data and workflows—both essential for building the modern investment office with AI.

We’re a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset managers who manage trillions of dollars. We are a team with deep expertise in finance and technology and are growing fast. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.

The Role

You will be leading and owning GTM and Sales at Finpilot. With our strong early traction, you'll be instrumental in helping us scale to the next level. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing our early-stage go-to-market strategy to effectively reach enterprises in the financial and related sectors. You'll develop creative approaches to penetrate the market, establish our sales processes, and build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions and enterprises.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with proven experience driving 0-1 GTM and Sales at a startup. Previous founders would be an ideal fit for this role, as you understand the challenges of building something from scratch. You should be able to act independently, take full ownership of the GTM and Sales function, and thrive in an environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to iterate quickly based on market feedback will be crucial to our success.
