We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Construction Foreman for a metal stud, drywall, and acoustical ceiling subcontractor. The ideal candidate will possess experience in metal stud framing, blueprint reading, and leading commercial crews. This position requires traveling to projects in Knoxville, Morristown, and the Tri-Cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial crews in construction projects.
• Oversee metal stud framing and ensure quality control.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes.
• Utilize an iPad for project management and communication.
• Engage with project management software such as Procore.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 / hr.
