Senior QA Analyst

Job Overview

Truefit is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to elevate our software testing capabilities. You will play a critical role in developing sophisticated testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement medium-complexity automated tests independently
  • Analyze patterns and identify systemic issues in product testing
  • Create comprehensive test strategy templates for each project
  • Proactively identify testing needs and innovative solutions
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Swagger and Postman
  • Mentor junior QA team members
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance bug writing and identify complex test scenarios

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in test automation frameworks
  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies
  • Ability to assess and prioritize defects
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Expertise in using AI tools to improve testing efficiency

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of software testing experience
  • Proven track record of implementing test automation solutions
  • Strong coding skills
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members
