Job Description :

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement tailored treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is essential in helping clients develop vital skills and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Execute individualized ABA treatment plans crafted by a BCBA.

Collect and accurately document client progress and behaviors.

Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.

Provide one-on-one direct ABA therapy to clients in home settings.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Requirements :

Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician is strongly preferred.

A minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Ability to pass a background check.
