RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • P&C license and L&H license preferred not required - you will have to be willing to get Licensed ASAP
