Role Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and frame personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Draw on evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Close cooperation with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and their caregivers on effective therapy practices to encourage progress at home.
• Evaluate and Record Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and revise treatment approaches accordingly to ensure successful recovery pathways.
