Infrastructure Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities : Support end-to-end infrastructure technology projects by gathering requirements and coordinating the design and build of hardware, including servers, network and storage Matrix execution responsibility across all technology organizations and the line of business, including the LOB Portfolio / Program Manager on the business side responsible for delivering the program / projects Manage multiple projects or a smaller number of complex projects Partner with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions Assist with technology estimates and manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects, including a full-scale deployment in a live environment Manage timelines, communicate project status and have matrix management responsibility Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities and make recommendations Requirements : Project manager with 7+ years of experience Fluent with Agile project management practices Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with finances, as well as resource & capital planning / capital tracking Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
